Chef Amy Jurist, one of L.A.’s most successful caterers, is known for inventive Mediterranean and Asian-influenced dishes, as well as über-epicurean built around cheese and bacon. This Valentine’s Saturday night, she’s serving creative twists on Gallic classics with “One Night in Paris”—a decadent four-course meal of French cuisine with appetizers and paired wines.
